In order to implement the social responsibility and overcome the difficulites together, STARASIA promise to exempt the handling charges for all enterprises of Hubei province and those shipments from Wuhan seaport, Wuhan airport, China Block train from Wuhan railway station, until to the end of 2020. From April 8^th, resuming work of Hubei province, we operate eight BL shipments for Hubei enterprises and exempt RMB2000 handling charges amount.
